Jingjiu Mobile Eco-friendly Toilets for Military Field Training is a factory-prefabricated, containerized sanitation system developed for locations where permanent sewer infrastructure is unavailable or unsuitable.
For military field training and temporary field facilities, the toilet can be transported as a complete unit, positioned on level ground and connected to the required power and water supply. No underground sewer construction or fixed concrete foundation is required.
The system uses a closed-loop wastewater treatment process. Toilet wastewater is collected and treated inside the equipment through biological treatment, deodorization, disinfection and membrane filtration. The treated water is returned to the toilet flushing system, reducing the need for continuous fresh-water supply and eliminating routine external wastewater discharge under the specified operating configuration.
The exterior can be customized with camouflage coatings or other colors according to the installation environment. Different configurations are available for single-stall, double-stall and multi-stall requirements.

A standard installation requires a level installation area, approximately 10 m³ of initial water and a suitable power supply. For areas without grid electricity, the solar configuration can be selected according to the actual site conditions.
The wastewater treatment system is integrated inside the mobile toilet. The main treatment sequence is:
Toilet Bowl → Primary Crushing and Equalization Tank → Variable-Frequency Sewage Pump → Anaerobic Biological Tank → Anoxic Biological Tank → Aerobic Biological Tank → Decolorization, Deodorization and Disinfection Tank → RO Membrane Filtration → Clean Water Tank → Flushing Reuse
The process combines biological treatment and membrane filtration rather than relying on regular sewage pumping.
The treatment cycle is approximately 48–72 hours, with filtration down to 0.01 μm. The treated water is stored and reused for toilet flushing, with a water reuse rate of ≥95% under the specified operating configuration.
The system uses composite microbial degradation as the main biological treatment method. Multiple biological treatment stages are arranged to progressively reduce organic matter in the collected wastewater.
The treatment system includes anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic biological processes, followed by decolorization, deodorization and disinfection.
This integrated process allows the toilet wastewater to be treated inside the equipment without connecting the toilet to a municipal sewer network.
After biological treatment and disinfection, the treated water passes through an RO membrane filtration stage.
The membrane filtration precision reaches 0.01 μm. The filtered water enters the clean-water tank and is returned to the flushing system.
The system is designed for a water reuse rate of ≥95%, reducing the amount of fresh water required during continuous operation. Under the specified operating configuration, treated wastewater remains within the internal circulation system without routine external discharge.
Third-party testing has been conducted according to GB 18918-2002 Class 1A requirements, with treated water suitable for toilet flushing reuse according to the supplied test results.
The mobile eco toilet can be equipped with a remote monitoring and control system for operating-status management.
